When do you ship?
We ship orders Monday–Wednesday each week. We avoid shipping later in the week whenever possible so your order doesn’t spend the weekend sitting in a carrier facility. Orders are shipped out in the order they are received.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 1–2 days after leaving our ranch. We ship via UPS within Washington and FedEx to most destinations outside Washington.
How is my meat shipped?
Your order is packed frozen in an insulated shipping box with ice packs designed to keep everything cold during transit. We carefully pack each box here at the ranch before handing it off to the carrier.
Will my meat arrive completely frozen?
Often, yes—but some thawing during transit is completely normal. As long as the meat arrives cold to the touch (40°F or below), it is safe to place back into your freezer. Vacuum-sealed meat may be safely refrozen if it has remained properly refrigerated.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Open your box as soon as possible and transfer your meat to the refrigerator or freezer. We recommend getting your shipment inside promptly, especially during warm weather.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No signature is typically required, but because your box contains perishable food, we strongly recommend bringing it inside as soon as possible after delivery.
What if there is a problem with my shipment?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your box is delayed, damaged, or arrives warmer than expected. Photos of the box, packaging and product are incredibly helpful when we're troubleshooting a shipment.
Do you offer shipping protection?
Yes! Route Package Protection is available at checkout and provides additional protection for your order while it's in transit.
Can I pick up my online order at the farm?
Online orders are currently for shipping and delivery only. If you're local, our farm store is open Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM, where you can shop directly from our freezers—no preorder needed.
